Gone are the days when people would find a job in their late teens or early twenties and settle into a decades- long career, never looking for work elsewhere. In a recent study, Millennials - (ages 22–39) were 55% more likely to be currently seeking new employment compared to older generations (ages 40 and older) and 32% more likely to have already decided they would not stay at their current place of employment long-term.
