Have you ever gone to a new restaurant featuring large, impressive fish tanks as you eagerly walked in to be seated? If the tanks were pristine, clear, and beautiful, you probably noticed healthy fish swimming around colorful coral and aquatic plants, creating a pleasant pre-meal ambience.
