ASOA Board Call for Nominations

The ASOA Board of Directors is currently seeking nominations for (2) At-Large Member board seats beginning with the April 2018 term. The ASOA Board of Directors has the responsibility for the supervision, control and direction of ASOA. Beginning in 2018, the ASOA Board of Directors will expand to twelve (12) members, including nine (9) voting At-Large Members, a liaison representative from ASCRS and the ASOA Administrator Beginner’s Circle (ABC), and the President of the National Board for the Certification of Ophthalmic Executives (NBCOE).

Application for Certified Ophthalmic Executive (COE)* Program Credit

Organizations and programs other than ASOA may submit an application to have their course/program approved for ASOA Category A COE credits by the National Board for the Certification of Ophthalmic Executives (NBCOE). These programs must be ophthalmic specific management courses/programs or technical and medical courses. Courses related to clinical patient care taught by industry device manufacturers or pharmaceutical companies are NOT eligible for COE credit.
