Tamim Qaum, MD, COE, OCS
Dr. Qaum practices general ophthalmology at the Wichita Clinic, P.A. He is a member of the American College of Physician Executives, where he recently received an Award of Academic Achievement. Dr. Qaum graduated with honors from Harvard Medical School and completed his residency at Duke Eye Center. While at Harvard, Dr. Qaum was the first to discover that anti-VEGF therapy can be used to reverse certain retinal diseases such as diabetes and macular degeneration. His research is currently one of the Top 50 Most Frequently Cited Articles in Investigative Ophthalmology and Visual Science.
