James Hartman is the Chief Financial Officer of Premier Medical Group located in Mobile, Alabama. Premier Medical is a large Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat Group with thirty-four physicians and over three hundred employees -- Included in that physician total are sixteen ophthalmologists and four optometrists.  The practice has six locations including two surgery centers and five optical shops.  He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Alabama and Florida .  He has more than twenty-three years of accounting, financial and administrative experience with the last eight years with this practice.
