Position descriptions (PDs) are one of those accountability documents that too often lay dormant on the shelf. You may ask yourself why you need to bother with writing it down. You already know what each job involves, right? But that has become an antiquated way of thinking. Here’s a new way to think about position descriptions and how each one can be helpful.
